TUI's travel app makes vacation life simpler and more secure. You have all the information about your trip gathered in one place - in the TUI app on your phone. It provides you with direct contact with TUI guides around the clock, both before and during the trip. In the app, you can also view your flight and transfer times, get tips on things to see and do at your destination, and choose from a variety of excursions, activities, flights, and hotels that can be booked directly through the travel app.

Contact TUI Guides Around the Clock:

In the TUI app, you can get in touch with guides around the clock during your trip every day. You can send a message via 'Ask the Guides' in the app and receive a response shortly. You can also reach out to guides through the app during the planning phase - starting from the day after you booked your trip. The app also provides service messages and other important information during your trip.

Book TUI Activities and Experiences:

Enhance your vacation by booking an activity or excursion. Choose from a plethora of experiences, book directly in the app, and see details like pick-up time and location.

Transfer Information:

If you have booked a transfer, all relevant information such as bus number and where the bus is parked upon landing is available in the app. The same applies before your return journey; you will also receive a message with time and location for pick-up for transfer to the airport.

Plan Ahead for Your Vacation:

In the app, you can track the countdown to your trip and check the weather forecast for your destination. There is also a travel guide where you can read about attractions, beaches, shopping, and restaurants at your destination.

Book Extras:

In our travel app, you can order duty-free items and upgrade your flight - choose a seat, book extra legroom, and additional baggage weight (applies to certain flights).

Search and Book Your Trip:

We offer hundreds of destinations worldwide - from beaches in Thailand and on the Canary Islands to cities like Rome and Barcelona. You can book charter flights, flights, hotels, excursions, activities, and tickets directly through the TUI app.

Add Your Booking to the Travel App:

Once you've booked a trip, you can add your booking to the app. Just enter your booking number and the mobile number or email address you provided at the time of booking.

Most of our trips support using the TUI app; however, there are some types of trips where you do not yet have access to the app, specifically one-way flights (flight only) and cruises. If you have booked only a hotel, you can add your booking to the app and view information about your hotel but do not yet have access to other features in the app.
